I love what they did with the 06. Best looking modern bike ever made!

hey Chris does your 06 front signal lights (both) stay on constantly as marker lights? My 06 does and I just noticed it for the first time riding at night. And obviously it signals as well and gets brighter when flashing/signalling

It's pretty nice isn't it. Super clean in black also...my bubbleBee colour seem to attract the real deal though.

Now if only we could have better brakes and suspension.

I guess I should start looking for forks from a F4i, RR , or anything that will fit. Drop an Ohlin in the rear and VOILA.. a even greater street fighter for all season.

Damn, Tai, pretty soon she'll be even better than before! We really need to go our riding one of them days.

I don't think they do stay on, but i rarely use them anyways (mostly at night) so i might not notice.

The 06 front signals are as you've described. The bulbs are different front and rear -- for that reason.

The rear bulbs are marked 1037, but I can't find an identifier on the fronts. I got a set of clear lenses today (my local dealer's got another set he wants me to help him sell), for which I'll need the amber bulbs. Anyone got information on the front bulbs? There's not a bulb listing in the owner's manual.

Chris, how deep in the O.C. are you? I've heard there are some great roads to ride out there and am thinking about heading down there.

Oh, as for the lights. I haven't noticed, but then again I've only made like four night rides and wasn't paying attention to MY lights. It was the lights of the fools driving around me that had my attention. I'll check it out later on though.

Santiago Canyon is pretty chill too : ) once in a while i'll end up at Cooks corner and be the only asian guy on a hornet amongst Harley riding CPA and Attorneys that stare at me and think they are pretty hard...

Yes front signals are 3 wire and stay on as running lights all the time rears are 2 wire and only signal
