I know that Wild Hair Accessories sells a few. Here's a link to their Honda 599/Hornet specific parts:

Wild hair is decent but I have some other sites you might want to look into. I've been driving myself crazy looking for accessories, good luck finding stuff stateside though. Oh, and when you order, ask for instructions in English, unless you have a good handle on French and German instructions:

http://intobikes.co.uk/products?bk=3707&bf=1&gf=0

http://superbikestore.com/599_hornet.htm

I've used both and had no problems (other than the instructions which I ignored even after getting the English version). I'm sure you can find more, it just takes a lot of time and patience and playing around with your search words in google.

what's the purpose of a belly pan besides looks?? seems un599 like to put plastic on it

It originates from the Hornet Cup race series, which is a series of races for believe it or not the Hornet and the bellypan is to catch oil if you crack the sump the bikes also have a little bikini fairing and a snazzy tail section.

Nil desperandum. To each their own I guess. I didn't want to get too wild with faring up the hornet, but I did like the sleek appearance the seat cowl and belly pan added. Kind of messes with people when they roll up next to me. I get crazy stares as people try to figure out just what the hell I'm riding. But I do hear you, dressing up a naked is a little... sacreligious. I guess that's why I'm a sinner. LOL.

I agree. Making alterations to the 599 to make it "your own" is a personal preference and should not be looked down on.

I always liked this one. The owner told me he got it on e-bay from a guy in Brazil. It wasn't listed, so I e-mailed the seller and he told me that he did have one, and to send him the money and he would get it to me. I said "no way" and never saw it listed again.

Love the army pants. And is it just me or is your oil pan filled with uranium? (Kind of has that radioactive glow about it... )

You sure do make that bike look smaller than i remember it being...

Ah...well...i still like the color-matched oil pan. Mine's color matched, too! (Of course black is a pretty common color for oil pans... )

That's the artfibras belly pan. I ordered a rear hugger and undertray from him and it was here from Brazil in like 8 days. His english sucks but the quality is pretty good. The only problem I think is that he constructs the pieces but doesn't drill any holes, he lets you do that which was fine for me.

Ermax. I think I ordered it from superbikestore.com but I can't remember for sure. I'll have to go dig for the paperwork later on tonight to let you know if that's where I picked it up from. Here's a pic of it on their website.

www.superbikestore.com/599BellypanErmax.jpg

Here's a pic of mine. I think they are selling a slighty newer version of it now, there seems to be a couple of tiny differences. Bad pic, I know. When I get a camera I'll hook up some nice pics for you guys. Oh, and that round canister thing in the back is that CA emissions whatsermajig, not part of the pan which I've had a few people wonder about.

PS - easy to install if you completely ignore the instructions that come with it and just kind of line the holes up. And look out for sharp edges up in there.

Found a website for them...not that I can understand it...

Looks like funky stuff. They don't seem to sell off ebay anymore though?

If you email him he will sell it direct or he may post it on eBay for you. They are easy to deal with if you can get around the language barrier.

I have it at home and I'm going to mount it this week as soon as I get an allen wrench large enough to remove the left rearset. The problem is you can't remove the current chainguard without moving the rearset.

I would be really intrested in what you need to do to get it on there :D Do they supply all the brackets etc?

Sorry, I miswrote that. I have a hugger but it's not the ermax. I have the one from artfibras and it's just one solid piece. There aren't any brackets because you just put it in the same holes as the chainguard and the one bolt on the right side that holds the brakeline down.

I e-mailed the guy (used Babel Fish translator to Portuguese) he'll ship this for $140 plus $25 shipping US funds. That's pretty inexpensive considering.
I'm thinking of getting it. Do you have pics of the Artfibras hugger on your bike? Fitment was good?

Have you guys seen the TCP stuff? I like their belly pan, radiator panel, and hugger. Not too wild about their fairings, though. I think the TCP undertray is also up there with the Ermax, which I like except for the price! You can get TCP through Wild Hair Accessories.

If anyone needs help with atrfibras, I am portuguese and will translate for you. I ordered the hugger and undertray from them and love it.

I didn't do it through ebay, I just emailed them and sent them payment and they sent me the goods within 10 days, paint is a match too.

I have the one from artfibras, it looks amazing on the bike, you will have to drill mounting holes in it and there is a bit of a language barrier to break through but in the end, totally happy. Let me know if you want anymore info.

I have the under tray and I like it. I did have to drill some holes but not a big deal. Now as far as the belly ban did you have to dirll holes to make it fit or are the holes pre-drilled?

I don't have the belly pan from artfibras, yet, but I have talked with the company about installation. You'll need to drill the holes yourself. I actually like this method. We've probably all experienced pre-drilled parts that don't line up. By drilling oneself, you get a perfect, custom fit. The company rep. said it is a very easy process.

I had to drill the holes, no biggie, just take your time and line it up and you will see exactly where to drill them in. It looks amazing on the bike ;)

I think both are custom jobbers. Closest belly pan I know of is the GSG Moto.

All of the rear cowls I know of are significantly smaller than that race-style one.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPE! Woohoooo....I found the belly pan and the rear seat cowl. I just now ran across it somehow...accidentally. The bellypan and seat cowl are the from the "hornet cup" plastics. They also have the front cowl/fairing and the hornet cup has a set of "hornet cup" rearsets. The bellypan and rear seat cowl are 109 british pounds a piece which comes to $221 USD for each item...which is on par with just about every other Hornet bellypan and seat cowl.

You can find it at the website I list below. Go to the site and scroll all the way to the bottom right hand side. They ship UPS or Parcel post. They say they will ship anywhere in the world. I'm ordering the seat cowl and bellypan first thing tommorrow morning.

My god...I am spending waaaaaaaaaaaaay to much money this weekend.
I'm gonna have the hottest Hornet on the board within the next 2-6 weeks!!!

LOL. It's called being 31 years old and just now having my first child after spending virtually my entire life in college (and still in). It eventually affords one a little extra spending cash.

obviously it's not THAT easy for me or I would be on a new speed triple or I would import an entire new 08 Hornet from the UK.

It is nice to be able to order a few goodies. Remember...I haven't done any mods at all up to this point and I've had the bike for an entire year now...it's taken this long to really decide what I wanted to do while I became aquainted with the bike. She's been so good to me...I figured I'd show her a little love...
