I know that Wild Hair Accessories sells a few. Here's a link to their Honda 599/Hornet specific parts:

TieMyShoe 10-11-2006, 01:57 AM I'm cheap and likes to make things work.
I ebay a F2 rear hugger and cut this, drill that, and zip tied it together.
Viola. An hour and 40 clams later I took care of dirt hitting the rear shocks and fender for the most part. Lets see how she do in the rain this first season with her in the wet.

tomacana 12-21-2006, 08:14 PM AleX suggested that I post some info about the Arfibras Hugger.
The link is

Romes César is my contact at email artfibras@artfibras.com.br
The hugger was $80 and the Undertail was $100 and $30 shipping.from Brazil. The colors that I am aware of are yellow, flat black, gloss black

Thanks for the link!
Just to confirm... this is what the part looks like, and it's 80 bucks plus 30 for shipping, correct?
http://www.artfibras.com.br/english/motos/13/p//3.jpg
tomacana 12-23-2006, 11:03 AM That hugger is either two colors or slightly different than mine. It looks the same. Mine being flat black, the chain guard is the same color. Probably best to have the chain guard black. It is one piece.
Shipping should be less than 30 dollars. I was first quoted a price of 100 for the undertail and 20 dollars shipping. The shipping should be 20 or less for just the hugger.
Romes Cesar is the email contact and that is his hornet in the picture.

I emailed him the order and he had a friend in a Flordia motorcycle business take the credit card info. Simplified the process I guess. They made the parts and shipped in less than a week. It was about 10 days getting here.
Good Day,
Tom
antihero 12-26-2006, 07:23 AM I have the same hugger and his undertail. It is a good piece and very nice looking but no mounting holes are drilled in it so be prepared. Not difficult but a bit of time to get it mounted properly.
vthoky 01-13-2007, 04:20 PM Okay! Perhaps it's time for me to look more seriously toward the hugger.
The fellas at work have been all over me "hey, you gonna get the hugger for that thing?" so I sort of put it out of my mind for a while. (I'm a bit stubborn like that.)
So today brought my fifty-miler out through the country. We've had rain here recently, and some of those driveways lead to farms. That leads to mud. That brings mud back out on the road. (And not all of it is mud. Eww.) And that, friends, brings mud all over the underside of the Hornet, including all over that nice white hard-to-clean-completely spring. Grr.
Tomorrow is bath day for the Hornet, and tonight is surf-the-web-for-hugger night.
rndthought 01-15-2007, 07:36 AM Okay! That leads to mud. That brings mud back out on the road. (And not all of it is mud. Eww...
Maybe I'm just a puss...but cars in front of you....the hugger doesn't protect YOU! Ewwwww! Forget the spring, how about your gear, you and your lungs when the feculent mist is flying...? Double Ewwwww! FWIW, the water destroys the bike faster than anything.
BTW are they sheep farms? Because then the "Ewwwww!" is really funny...
vthoky 01-15-2007, 03:41 PM Eh, thankfully I wasn't following anyone -- pretty much had the road to myself. :)
Sheep (ewe) poo -- eww.
rndthought 01-16-2007, 12:38 PM Sheep (ewe) poo -- eww.
Both, Ewwwwwww!
Ok, i've enjoyed this as much as anyone...but this has to stop. It has to stop now.
vthoky 01-17-2007, 05:15 PM Oh, okay... if you insist.
Pooey -- I mean, phooey  -- there goes that thread.
Sachi 04-17-2007, 02:59 PM Bringing this old topic back up.
I don't like adding crap to my bike but I'm intrigued by the functional benefits of a hugger. I've looked at the Artfibras hugger and the ones on Wild Hair (TCP, Metisse, Bike Side, and GSG Moto). Artfibras is cheaper, but I kind of like the GSG Moto one (in carbon fiber natch, being a vain female).
What hugger do you prefer and why? Should I go for the GSG Moto one or pop for something else?
Slide 04-17-2007, 03:20 PM My main reason for going with a hugger was to protect the rear suspension because everything seems to fly in there!
I haven't received my hugger yet but it is on order from Wild Hair... the GSG in carbon fiber. It looks great... and it should for the price. Depending on when you want to get yours I can install mine and take some shots for you... should be getting it soon... I hope!
yelladog 04-17-2007, 04:22 PM I havea an Arfribas, or however you spell it, hugger from Brazil. It is only one part, when you get the yellow one the chain guard is painte black.
It's a quality piece, but be forewarned it does not come predrilled and may require a little work to get it to fit correctly.
It does look good on though and for $100 bucks total including shipping it's a nice addition to the bike.
tomacana 04-17-2007, 05:37 PM I have the same hugger and his undertail. It is a good piece and very nice looking but no mounting holes are drilled in it so be prepared. Not difficult but a bit of time to get it mounted properly.
I'm glad I got the Artfibra hugger. I was mainly interested in the Undertail modification. Forum members across the pond refer to the stock fender as a 'big shovel'. I had knocked my bike over (bumped it with my truck) and cracked the left tail light. Some bondo and black paint and it was as good as new, but it got me wanting to make the change.
Since I was ordering the undertail and going to be in the mix, I figured I might as well add the hugger.

It rains here alot and it nice to see the white springs and not be covered with mud and road tar.

Good Day,
Tom
I just ordered the "Spoiler" (bellypan, and Rear Hugger from artfibras as well. I have been looking for a little while now and really like the look of them. Simone was great to deal with, there is a bit of a language barrier but all in all they are very helpful and I can't wait until 10 days from now! I will post some pictures for you all to look at so you can see the fit and finish.
JBarx 12-29-2007, 10:45 AM Sorry to bring up a really old thread, but this topic seemed the most relevant to my question...
Anyone have an Ermax hugger? I can't seem to find anyone in the States that moves them. This place sells the brand, but not a hugger for our application:
http://www.streetfightersbydesign.com/streetweb/ermax_page/ermax_pg.htm
I like that one the best by far (you can get it color-matched), with the Artfibras coming in at a distant second. The price on the Artfibras is compelling, though.
Can anyone help with some U.S. contacts for Ermax? If nothing else, I can contact the UK shop and see what they can do for me. Someone here has to offer their stuff, right?
VooDooYouDo 01-08-2008, 12:19 PM http://www.whaccessories.com/GSGRearHuggerHornet600.jpg
I love this GSG moto one. But I can't find a decent spoiler/bellypan.
miner599er 01-09-2008, 07:08 PM I actually removed my hugger and sold it here. In the end I liked the minimalist look. I felt it looked like I had added a bunch of plastic to the bike. Less is more in terms of parts on a naked. Just clean the shock when it gets funky.
