I just found the site. Picked up a '06 599 a few months ago.

Live and work in the Galleria area.

I work in the "Galleria area" but I vacate that area a quickly as possible as soon as I get off work! I work for Stewart Title on Post Oak Blvd about half way between the Galleria and Uptown Park.

Cool. I'm just down the road. I'm in the Galleria Tower (which is inbetween Neiman Marcus and the Williams Tower). I work for Air Liquide.

Traffic has been pretty horrible lately huh?

I don't live too far from work so i ride the 599 into work somedays. Too bad it's been pretty wet this past week.

Cool. I'll be on the bike all next week if the weather cooperates. We may have to find a time to meet one day when I ride in just as proof that there's two 599s in Houston!

Definitely! We can meet up somewhere and even take a picture to post.

I'm having my bike shipped from FL next week,so it won't be long before there's at least three 599 in H-town.

I was at Honda of Houston today (West Road at 290) and they still have a black 2006 599. I looked on the bike it it was built over TWO years ago! They've had that thing forever. OF course they have several 2006 CBR1000RR and a pearl white interceptor that's almost that old!

That URL is old and I forgot to change it in my sig. That current site just looks like an ad site from whoever owns that domain now. We have another guy hosting our new site and they changed it to a .COM domain (http://www.tenwestsportpilots.com). It's still a work in progress. I'll fix my signature.

I'll have to let you know when I'll be out and around. With all this rain we've been having, I've only ridden once in the past 3 weeks.

I live near Conroe, and most of my rides are north/ northwest. Just got home from a trip to Prairieview/ Hempstead area. I've been wanting to hook up with folks either from two-wheeled-texans or the Texas Sportbikers, but the timing hasn't been right. Always looking for someone to ride with, especially since my only riding buddy's 600rr is soon to be for sale.
