You're on buddy! :D

Bike looks sweet. I'm curious how it rides/feels with those handlebars.

Bars look great :thumbsup I'm like this || close to ordering them... If I could just come to terms with how low they are...wish I could take yours for a spin.

I know this is probably a far fetch...but I swear it looks like a tank protector on his seat...I"ll be curious to find out what it is too...

hey, glad some of you guys like the look.

-alex, you know i can't give a real insightful review of how the bars ride. the only thing that i can say is that, when counter steering, i don't have to apply much effort as oppose to the OEM bars. i don't know if it's my mind messing with me, but the steering feels more responsive.

tyler, as rndthought said, the bars are SM bars. click on his link

motogp/sss, that thing on my seat is actually pipe tape. you know, the think black tape used for copper piping when there's metal to metal contact (like a unistrut/channel bar and a clamp). some of the neighborhood kids slicced up my seat. my fault i guess, i should have put my cover on. i just recently recovered my seat. went to the fabric store and bought some thin vinyl and a staple gun. looks good as new. called a shop to get it done, they wanted like, $100!

rndthought, the bars are not bad, as far as riding position go. the only thing that you'll have to worry about is the vibration and finding a way to fix it. i would say, what the hell get' em, but $160 is alot to spend on something that you might not end up liking.

overall, i'm happy with the bars. it's a simple mod that's easy to install and IMHO adds to the handling.

Either way, you got one nice looking Hornet there brother...

They should all be yellow if you ask me...just kind of falls in line with the hole "hornet" theme...

Do you feel "stretched out" with the SM bars? How comfortbale are they on longer distances? Back ache? Sore neck? Do your arms feel like they are supporting all of your upper body now?

you know, at first, i felt all the above. the first thing that came to mind was, so this is what it feels like to ride a sportbike, but not as worst.

i started talking to people that ride sportbikes, getting different views on riding feel/position/tecniques. i learned alot, loose grip on the bars, relaxed arms, grabbing the tank with your legs etc. etc.

to answer you quesetion. yes, at first, then you just get use to it
