I posted this photo of my 2004 on group rides area with pics taken en route to and from Deal's Gap.

The undertail and hugger is from Artfibras.

I wanted to mention that I installed CompertionWerks Assimilator turn signal kit to make of for loss of turn signals. I didn't want to use LED as Super Sneaky Steve demonstrated. I didn't want to change the tail brake light. The assimilator uses the double light in my model. The left tail light is flashed to make left signal and right for right turn. The Assimilator also gives rapid flashing brake light on brakin. I may add some small turn signals on the lower part of the tag. Not sure. The kit was about 35 - 40 dollars from Ron Ayers

Very nice. Looks a lot like the fender eliminator i got for the 919 except for no turn signals. Personally, i opted for separate turn signals. The kit i found had some LED ones that looked nice, plus i figured it would probably catch the attention of the car behind me better than integrated (although i think integrated lights look great).

Congrats on the new mod.

very nice indeed...and is that an Artfibras hugger I spy as well?

The matt black really suits the 599...mine is matt blue and it really stands out next to all the gleaming superbikes when I park up. I bought it second hand but I think if I had a choice I would have had matt black...although I am pretty sure the UK never got the matt black in the same way you guys didn't get the matt blue!

Did that make sense? I am very tired!

Looks very nice Tom.
No light on the tag? Ever been an issue?

I haven;t addressed that yet. Someone in this forum couldn;t pass vehicle inspection without a tag light. I don't ride a lot at night and the tail light shouh provide enough light. Enough for a Trooper to notice and ask about??

I'llkeepmyeye open for possibilities and if I install the smallest dot turn signals on the tag bracket, then I'll shoot some kind of light on the tag.

I'm not apt to be noticed in TN

And yes Tyler D, that made sense. Plus you can't worry about making sense, you;ll be misunderstood anyway. Ain't that right. Rnd?
It is a Artfibras hugger, flat black.

Where did you find it? How much is it? Mind adding that info to the Hugger thread?

Thanks! :D
