Well guys, after a speedwobble at the bottom of a hill @ 130/140kmh.. I have totalled my bike. Just got my insurance settlement, looking for finish my summer on a 96 fzr600 or a zx6.
I miss my hornet so bad! Loved that bike.. im looking at f3's/f4's just to have the Honda feel beneath me.. but a little pricy..
Enjoy your bikes, was fun to be part of the crew 8)

Sorry to hear that. I guess if you're able to type you must still be
in one piece. :) . Take it easy out there with whatever you get back
on!!
That sucks, dude. Glad you're ok, though. Best of luck finding a replacement.

Bummer.
Perhaps you should be looking at a 250 Rebel for a while? That would give you that Honda feel you desire, for sure!

Are you going to slow down? Consider yourself lucky. I'm glad you're ok.

Well thanks for the kind words..
I really hope this fzr600 treats me well.. really not gonna be as trustworthy :?
As far as slowing down, I picked my battleground.. was the best place I could of crashed, and I wear my gear!
I'm lucky but it was my own doing... till next time mr asphalt

I give you guys that total your bikes and get right back on the horse so to speak credit. I can't say I'd be back on at all after something like that injured or not.
That really sucks dude! Why not another 599? Some used ones are out there being sold for a good price.
Glad you didn't kill yourself going at that speed! Be careful out there!

Sorry bout your accident bro. dont worry about the fzr, was my last bike for 5 yrs before the 599 and its just as reliable as a honda with more torque and more fun to ride in my opinion.

Might just be a slightly bad idea to go on to a forum based solely on a specific model and make of a bike and say that a completely different bike made by a completely different manufacturer is better/more fun. I dont agree with you. I drove a buddy of mines fzr and i found it too choppy and not nearly as smooth as the hornet.
