Hey guys (and gals), long time no speak! Since selling the Hornet and buying a less sports orientated bike I felt uncomfortable wearing full leathers but at the same time didn't want to compromise on safetey and bought a pair of Hood jeans from over here in the UK. I can give them top marks for comfort and if you check out their website top safetey as well.

They are very well made and not badly priced either. They aren't the most stylish jeans in the world (although the concept 6 is more modern in relation to colour) but once on the bike they look great and are much more comfortable when its hot.

Check 'em out!

Pretty cool. I've been looking for some, but it'd probably be too much to order those from the UK. Anyone know of some good American companies?

I wear Icon (I believe the model is "recon") jeans. The venting is very good for hot weather use, they have kevlar around the knees, and double stiching everywhere. (though I doubt they'd give much more protection than a regular pair of jeans) They look good, (at least in black)fit well, and the price is reasonable.
