Before I invest hundreds of dollars into this, I need to know how many people are interested in getting this.

Are we limited to the plain fonts? I'm not saying anything outlandish and stupid, just a little less... prison issue.

I like the simplicity as well and would be down for two!! In the process
of moving at the moment but once i'm settled will be getting a couple
shirts too. Hope the stickers are ready then as well. 8)

Maybe go the PayPal prepay “donation” avenue so it's not so out of pocket...could kick you a couple of extra bucks since you do so much only to get penalized with color commentary :wink: No sense in you funding this venture being penalized with that and getting no compensation :cry:

Alex, don't be shy in asking for help with things like this. You may have created this site, but no one expects you financially support it when it's becoming such a big community. I've got some PayPal bucks waiting to be used for a good cause.

You don't have a PayPal account? If you opened one, members who wanted to make a financial contribution could send you money directly from their PayPal account to yours. You could connect your account to your bank account, so you could use donations for things such as these stickers (or feed your crack cocaine habit, if you wish).

I have a PayPal account. :D I'm just not comfortable taking "donations" at this time.

I'd be in for at least one. I like the proposed size for my car. It would have to be a lighter color to show up on my black car, but if they were black, I'd still find a place for it (my wife's tan jeep perhaps :D ). I think a smaller one would definitely be in order for the swingarm, though.

i'm not sold on the design... though, i can't really think of what would 'sell' me... the font is, as has been stated, a little dull. even the font that we have on the top of the forum where it reads: "HONDA599.com | Hornet's Nest USA" is better. also, i'm not sold on the whole "ride naked" slogan. maybe i'm nitpciky, and i certainly don't want to rain on any parades. but, i think i'd be more interested in a simple, subtle honda599.com decal with some sort of logo above it or something.... perhaps a simple outline of the top half of the bike, again, like the top of our forums here. just some ideas. i'm all about supporting the forum, just not sold on this design. no offense! keep up the good work!

No offense taken, man. In all honesty, I would have used the same font I used in the header... except I can't figure out which font I used! Doh! And I don't think I have that font on my machine. (I made the logo at my last job.) Shame.

Moving on... I used the font I did because it's solid (thus each letter will be less likely to peel off) and because together, the top and bottom lines create a rectangular shape.

As for "Ride Naked" tagline... majority has taken it well, so I went with that. Feel free to suggest other concepts, I'm open to all ideas. :thumbsup

Put it on the side of the exhaust, since that's the site "sticking up" when your bike is on it's sidestand. That was my reasoning.

I had considere cutting the sticker in half.. 1 saying "ride Naked" and the other "Honda599.com" then putting 4 stickers on it..But I cant decide if it would look good..Or exactly where to put them. lol Probably just put the whole thing on the Swingarms though...Seems to "fit" really well..

If either of you is willing to part with one, I'd appreciate it. Back in the 80's, I had a bumper sticker on the back window of my truck that said Party Naked. Drove my girlfriend's (now wife) parents crazy. They have been against the whole motorcycle thing from the beginning so having a sticker on the bike that says Ride Naked would really go over well. :) Since it doesn't look like the powers that be are going to order any more, I'd understand if you didn't want to part with yours.

So where'd you get these made AleX and what would it take to run another batch? If you have too much stuff on your plate, maybe someone else could do it...
