Well guys, I have a buyer for my bike. They are a forum member who I will leave nameless unless they want to disclose their identity. In any case, my bike is now sold. I'd like to think I offered them a fair price. The price is lower than what was listed on my ebay listing. The bike comes with:
6700 miles of being well taken care of
1. Pyramid plastics undertray
2. Givi windscreen
3. Pitt Bull rear stand
4. New DID Professional o-ring chain and JT sprockets (factory size)
5. Chain and sprocket install cost done at Ron Ayers
6. Fresh amsoil 10w40, and amsoil ea filter
7. New Honda OEM Air Filter
8. Drain, flush, refill radiator with Amsoil fluid
9. New NGK Iridium spark plugs
Items 3-8 were just done at 6,000 miles. You guys know what this stuff costs PLUS the cost of labor at Ron Ayers.
I will cry when I see the bike taken away. But I'm posting this because I know that someone is getting the bike who I feel like will take care of it as well as I have.
You guys are a wonderful bunch. I look very forward to being able to get another 2004 Yellow Hornet...and I will at some point in the future. Until then, I'm going to live vicariously through all of you guys...if that's ok.
Chris
