Well this is a odd one, a few days ago i had my bowflex delivered to my house and while bringing it into the garage the delivery guy needed some room so he started to my move my bike from the WRONG DAMN SIDE and he folded the kick stand and it fell over!! luckily it fell over on my duffle bag and their was only a tiny mark left on the bottom of my engine cover (frame sliders didnt come into effect since my duffle bag stopped it).

So after we pick it back up and see whats wrong with it he starts apologizing and offers to wave my delivery fee which mind you is about $120.00 i agree completely but i still have that scratch and it will be bugging me for a long time.

BTW: the bowflex is awesome and i wish i would have gotten it much sooner =).

i was on the other side of the garage when it happened, the guy was younger than me looked like he was about 20-21 (i am only 23) he wouldn't stop saying sorry and since he offered more than enough to compensate a ass whooping was not in order.

Now if he would have done nothing their would be a issue but i kinda let it slide since you cannot see the problem unless you look from under the bike, and it was paid for.

Anyone with half a brain knows not to touch man's motorcycle (or any other property, for that matter) without his permission. I tend to be an extremely patient and understanding person, but if something like that ever happened in my garage steam would be coming out of my ears and the swear jar would be overflowing.

Check http://www.honda-partsdirect.com/. The left side generator cover is what I think you're talking about. It is part number 11321-MBZ-C50 ($46). If I were you, I'd go ahead and get a new gasket too (11392-MV9-670). I replaced mine when my bike went down. It's not hard to do.

Just remember to disconnect your battery when you do it! I think I shorted something in the generator while moving it around (strong magnets) and had to replace it after that. Could have been a coincidence but just to be sure, disconnect.
