I have thought that a street legal 4 wheel ATV would sell big time in the USA. I have been saying that for almost 10 years - but this is not the version I had anticipated. A standard 4 wheel ATV that was lowered for street use, widened a little for better handling and given the ability to carry a passenger would sell very well (I think). Great MPG,
easy to park, may lure folks who are afraid of being on just 2 weels,
etc.. Guess when gasoline hits $5 a gallon, someone will invest more into this concept.

Seriously. What's the point? Looks like a engineering pissing contest submission. Hey, Yamaha, how about spending valuable time working on idea most riders could use like an electric bike with ridiculous torque that performs like an R1 and costs the same or less? What's with the exercise in design obsolescense?
Ummm....why?

Can it wheelie?
Seriously that thing would be pretty sweet look at the brakes on the thing.
And its just a concept bike/quad/car thing. Doesn't mean they are gonna make it.

Ummm....why?
I was looking at the pic and thinking...."Ummmm...Why?"
Then I scrolled down and thought "Wow...Great minds think alike"
Wait I know. You see these old geezers that can barely stand up without a walker but they have a GW or Harley Trike. They're pretending they can still ride a motorcycle.
That's for the old geezer sportbikers. That'll be me in another 35 years (I hope)

I wonder how they would classify this? I don't think they'd let it be legal in the U.S.
Wisconsins DMV wouldn't call it an ATV:
According to Wisconsin Law an ATV must meet all the following specifi
cations;
◆ an engine-driven device
◆ net weight of 900 pounds or less
◆ width of 48 inches or less
◆ has a seat designed to be straddled
◆ travels on 3 or more low-pressure tires
◆ minimum tire width of 6 inches
◆ rim maximum diameter of 12 inches
