I just got these yesterday for $50 through a group buy of some FJR riders I know.

I just wore them for the first time this morning over my work pants and they kept me toasty with misty 50 deg weather. there are belt loops, 2 front and 1 back pocket. the bottom of the legs unzip and up to about the mid calf. there is no zipper to connect a jacket, but there are loops inside the pants for something. The pants have some adjustable and removable knee and hip pads which fit me in the right spot with no discomfort.
