Interesting question. I've always said 599 as "five-nine-nine" and not "five ninety-nine." So therefore, I assume you say it "nine one nine." :D

Used to say 919 now I say nine one nine to give it that exotic aura. After I took my badges off no one knows what it is.

I've always said it as "9-1-9" that's how I read it in Cycle World when the bike first came out. So I stuck with it
