Hello folks, I have an 04 599 in Asphalt for sale in absolute mint condition. I purchased this bike new in 05 and have 3173 miles on it. It has been owned and operated by an MSF instructor and has been very meticulously maintenanced by the local Honda dealer. If you are looking for a used bike for a LOT less than the new 599's, then this is the bike for you. The only way you would find one in better shape is if it was just out of the crate. I have added an OEM Honda flyscreen and everything else is bone stock. The tires are still almost like new and it is serviced with Honda oil and ready for your love and care. I checked KBB and it shows $4885. I am asking $4500 and would consider any reasonable offers. I need to sell this bike very quickly due to financial reasons and have it for sale locally also. Did you buy it new in Illinios? I thought only California bikes were required to have the extra emissions canister (the black thing in front of the rear wheel).

Cali bikes have them. That's why almost all bikes have a slightly heavier weight for CA models.

I bought it new from Missouri. I am located right on the Iowa missouri Illinois lines at the mississippi river. I couldn't find one in Illinois anywhere when I was ready to buy. Only dealer was in Missouri. I am not sure but don't think it's a Cali bike. Thanks
