I'm back in LA, and will be leaving for Florida for a week on friday. I'm off work wed. and have a half day thurs.

I have class and work this whole week, i have cash in hand, but i need to ride the bike myself before i buy, if you can wait till you get back, we can meet anywhere in LA you want to complete sale. Let my know your decision...Jonathan

Sure, I can wait. I'll be back on the 8th or 9th of Sept. The bike has 6950 right now. That will be pretty close to what you will see.
As far as maintenance, besides the basic oil, filter, and lube is hasn't required anything that I couldn't handle myself. Except for the tires, which were replaced because I ran something over.
