Super Sneaky Steve

I was at the front of an intersection the other day, stopped at a red light when I see this stupid Ducati guy traveling along the road perpendicular to mine.
His light must have turned yellow and he had to make the quick decision, do I stop or do I speed up? He decided to try and stop. (most likely going way too fast to begin with)
I heard squeeling and shreaking for tires followed by a white plume of smoke comming from his tires. He managed to almost stop in time but was too far into the intersection at that point so he just rolled through the red light. I was quite impressed really, he kept it strait and didn't endo, but he also forgot to downshift, so as he tried to keep going to stalled out.
Now he's drifting looking like he's going to flop over but he manages to clutch it, restart the bike, downshift and pull away. I caught up with him and said "nice save" He nodded looking mightily embarassed at that point.
Moral of this story. Ducatis are stupid.
