Great, now squids can wear these and claim they are wearing protective gear.

Knowing where they are from explains a lot of the marketing. They are probably aimed at the hordes of 125cc motorcycles in Asia that run around at fairly low speeds. I think in those cases I don't think there is any thought at all for proper gear.

That was my experience when I tested the Buells at the Harley shop. I saw two helmets on all the Harleys there.

The test riders on the Buells were prepared for the most part. Except for one guy in his hula shirt who borrowed one of the Buell demo helmets and one guy who came in his tshirt and helmet.

I just value my skin too much for that.

Haha... saw it on another forum. I just love all of the safety features... toe bumper, shifter protector on the right foot, exhaust heat resistance on the outside, fiberglass reinforcement... why didn't Sidi think of it?
