Got a rec for these guys from a friend of a friend who has 50 years of wrenching on all sorts of bikes and is a retired Honda tech (troubleshooting mech issues for the dealerships).

The shop seems to run a bit behind schedule (two days backlog when I took my bike in, which I understand is actually not bad, from the techs there), but the service is excellent and the mechanics are very knowledgeable, no nonsense and reliable. Highly recommended! Dunno as much about the dealership portion, but another friend who is also a retired Honda guy, says they are really good.

Inspires confidence from the get-go. Try 'em if you're in the area.

If you are in the area, WATCH OUT FOR OC HONDA, on Katella! Don't know about the dealership guys, but the shop/repair is not good. A particular incident with outright fraud and charges for work not done, not to mention the potential safety hazard that was involved. Then, when called on it, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Could have rectified any misunderstanding, but escalated instead. Service manager in particular is NOT GOOD. BEWARE!

Go to Lebard & Underwood instead! Hands down. No question.
