-- SOLD --

I must be crazy, but I'm thinking of selling my bike to fund the purchase of another. I need something that I can ride 2-up on more comfortably. Don't get me wrong, the bike is great 2-up, but the wife and I want to take some overnight bike trips.

The 599 has been flawless. Just put a new battery in it this weekend. I gently layed it on it's side once when stopped on a hill. I'll be glad to snap some pics of everything.

I love this bike, but I think I going to be a one-bike-at-a-time sort of guy, rather than have a stable.

I haven't decided on a price yet - I'm looking to see what interest there is.

the interest is there so long as it is a fair price along with mileage and pictures.

Could you post some pics. My fiance is actually looking for an asphalt 599. What mileage is on it?

Thanks

Simple solution- Buy her a 599 of her own. Or, if she's a noob, maybe a Ninja 250 or something.

OR...do they make a sidecar for the 599? That would be comfortable on long trips! :D

Sorry, I'll get alerts if someone sends me a PM, but haven't been monitoring this forum post. I think my not-having-taken-pictures is a subconscious reluctance to sell :D

I actually have a shot at leaving work early-ish today, so I'll try to get some up on flickr.

Ok, pictures posted.

Bike has 7814 miles, is not flawless, but is in really nice shape for so little money. I tried to take pictures of all the blemishes I could see. Comes with a brand new OEM seat, never ridden (I punctured the original seat sitting on my pants' zippers).

Bike is bone-stock, no mods.

I'm in Apex, NC, just 20 minutes outside of Raleigh. I don't have a truck or trailer to deliver.
