Have to agree with Jason on this, didn't block enough wind to compensate for the looks ( I also prefer the bike's appearance without it ).
Does have many fine scratches / marks, but you have to look closely and won't show up in photographs. As noted elsewhere, some headlight reflection, so keep that in mind if you ride a lot at night ( didn't bother me ).

Didn't keep the original box and no receipt from purchase, so not exactly sure of its age. All mounting hardware included.
