I have an 06 599 in Metallic Black. It is all stock except for bar end mirrors. I have the original factory mirrors as well. The bike has been garaged and well maintained. I have 1670 miles on it.

In addition I have a Givi windscreen and Artifibras undertail kit for it. Both new in the box. Just never got around to putting them on. The buyer can have these parts as well as two helmets.

I am asking $4800.00

email me at parrat123@sbcglobal.net if interested. I will get some pics together once I score a digital camera. But you know what they look like.

Dammit man... if you weren't in STL I would be seriously thinking this over. That's a bit far, and shipping is a dealbreaker.

300 some miles! That's just a few hours ride! $50 gas! You can do it.

That's a bit far...

Dude.

:crybaby

Take off that pink tutu and stop ordering whipped cream on your milkshakes. We got guys riding to Alaska, and you can't leave the area code for an unwrecked bike?

You make me sad. :P

Well I can't pick it up and RIDE it home. How would I get there? Fly? That's cheap these days. No one's going to drive me out there... trust me, I don't have any friends that like me THAT much.

I'd have to drive a trailer and haul it home. If he would meet me in Terra Haute (shaded a little past middle toward STL) that would be an idea. That's still 3 hours each way and about $115 in gas. But it's a thought.

Problem is, I already committed to retaining salvage on my bike this morning. I haven't signed anything, but I verbally agreed to it and it's running through their loss department.

It's not a bad idea... but then again with my plan, I pocket $2000+ with a repaired bike and could sell it and pocket THAT money. Hard to beat that.

To quote a Greyhound advertisement before it was pulled from the market...

"...you've never heard of bus rage!" ;)

LOL. Nice, T.

No Greyhound for me, thanks. Did it once, and that was enough for a lifetime.

Same here, man. Some of the freakiest people I've ever met were on a Greyhound bus to Chicago. Oh well. :P

Amtrak can get you there for $113 and 16 hours.

Think about it, twins...
