This little shield is for sale for $60 obo + actual shipping if you cannot pick it up locally (SoCal). It was put on by the previous owner of my bike and I have replaced it with a Givi windshield. It's in good shape, with only minor scratches from normal use. It fits an '04 (all attendant hardware included). I'm not sure whether it will fit other model years.
It mounts on the headlight bracket with longer bolts and cylindrical standoffs, which look stock when put on. MSRPs for $99, though I think you can get it new for a bit less, depending upon availability, but shipping is usually a big additional chunk.
I'll post a picture when the ImageShack is feeling better...meantime, you can follow this link to the series I posted with a comparision to the Givi 756A (?) and at the bottom, there is a shot of the OEM for sale.
