hello. Everyone I am new to this forum looks like a great place to talk to people who share my pasion for the 599!! I am a new rider and this is my first bike. After completing my motorcycle safety class in June. I haven't been able to stop riding. I guess one would say that "I have the fever". I get depressed when the weather doesn't coperate with my desires to ride all the time. Proud owner 2004 asphalt black.

I hope they use less gravel on the roads where you're at then up in Nebraska where I lived for a while. One of the main reasons I got rid of my first bike.

Sweet bike! The pinstriping almost gives it a "tattooed" effect.

thanks guys for all the nice comments on my 599. I debated back and forth about leaving the bike original. You know for resale options. I finally decided that I love this bike so I'm gonna make it mine and the heck with what anyone else thinks. LOL!!I

If you were born in Kansas. Well I believe your always a Kansan. LOL. I was hoping for some close riding partners. Let me know if you make it back to Kansas. You nailed it the "tattoed" tribal look was what I was going for. Thanks for the compliment.
