Hi,
Anybody interested in doing some day trips to the quieter parts of NE? I am bringing the hornet out of winter storage this weekend and in few weeks I would like to meet up with some other riders to get some small group rides in. I keep my bike garaged in Framingham.
I have been riding for about 2 years and consider myself to be a fairly skilled rider. I can ride with confidence and good control at any speed. I enjoy back roads and like to head north in MA and NH or VT. I am not big on hooliganism, mainly because I don't think that I have developed the skills to wheelie and pull stoppies. If this is your thing, that's cool. Maybe you can teach me a thing or two.

I'm interested!

I live in Newburyport and I work in Maine, so I spend a lot of time exploring the seacoast when the weather is nice. Also, I spend a lot of weekends in Lynnfield, which is closer to where you live.

I've been riding for three years, and don't do wheelies or stoppies either...although I'm not sure they were possible on my last bike. This will be my first season on the 599.

Anyone else here from New England?

I am on the Cape. I am transferring in June but would love to meet up for a ride. I have seen a few 599's and 919's in my 2 years here but never met the riders. I have a goofy schedule but I will be looking to ride on the weekends come May I will be in Boston for a while during that time. Let me know when you are venturing out and if I can I will meet up. I don't do wheelies or stoppies either. I save that for the dirt bike!! I just love to ride, been on 2, 3 and 4 wheels, ski's and track since I was real little. Had the 599 for 3 yrs.

So my work schedule is going to be insane this summer...let's meet up sooner rather than later.
