I spent only an hour there, but the experience was good.
Actually, I did most of the VFR-buying transaction by phone. No hassle, no struggle, and great communications. That which wasn't done by phone took less than an hour at the dealership.

The showroom and shop were very clean, and everybody was friendly and willing to help.

I arrived there on Friday at 4:30. After a couple of minutes' worth of introductions, I was shown the bike and got to talk with the service tech (Carter) who did the assembly and checkout. I spent a while with him, then took about 10-15 minutes with Laura to do the paperwork (sign three forms, write a check, chit-chat a little, and off I go). Afterward, Carter helped me load the VFR onto my trailer and get it secured. (At Carter's suggestion, I bought a harness called a Canyon Dancer. Well worth the 25 bucks!)

If not for the distance between my house and the dealership, I'd surely be planning to visit Sport Cycles for the VFR's 600-mile service.
