Re: YESSS.. Honda CB650R Neo Sports Café Coming

LOL, the Grom is an an extrapolation of the point. Perhaps the smaller wheeled bikes extend the "V" lower and to the left. The larger diameter tire bikes fade out earlier?

Re: YESSS.. Honda CB650R Neo Sports Café Coming

Another interesting relationship; probably not a surprise when you think about it but interesting how it looks like it "comes to a point". Perhaps things get too iffy at legal speeds if the WB gets...

Re: YESSS.. Honda CB650R Neo Sports Café Coming

My project was back in 2012 (CB700SC Nighthawk). I was changing the geometry and wanted to know what was "safe". I have added some bikes over time (2014 and 2015). It doesn't seem to have changed...

Re: YESSS.. Honda CB650R Neo Sports Café Coming

+1, this looks good... which makes me wonder is a CBR350RR coming?

EDIT

I checked a few things and have observed a bit of an anomaly. The bike has a good look (at least to me anyways), but I...

Re: Slipping Clutch?

Do you have the factory repair manual? I have not opened up mine, so I am not sure where your issue is.

Re: Clutch cover hole

I would say yes, JB Weld would hold (temp) as the oil isn't on the other side like an oil pan.

That said if it is just a test, you could put some tinfoil over the hole and duct tape it with a pan...

Re: I'm going to miss you all

I'll start my thread soon enough as I just got my 2004 CB599. With 6 bikes in the fold, there is always something to do. Maybe in another month.

Re: I'm going to miss you all

Same first "real bike" too - 76 CB550 back in 1980-2. I probably should have died on that thing 4-5 times. My angel saved me!

Re: How to assess a 599 I might buy?

If it fires right up and doesn't smoke, then I'd say buy it if the seller has clear title.

The condition in the bike looks great in the pics and the price is fair. I paid $3K for a 2004 that...

Re: My new garage occupant.

Too funny, I bought my 04 yellow 599 this Sat too - but for $3,100....

Mine has less than 8,800 miles and looks brand new; very complete bike like yours. What are your plans for this bike?
