Where in Alaska do you plan to travel to?
Between Fairbanks & Prudhoe Bay there is nearly 1000 miles, both are in Alaska. Personally, I plan to ride to Prudhoe Bay on a Honda CT110 or something light and simple with minimal speed. Alaskan highways are not known for pavement. Lighter the bike easier to maneuver and sustain the bumpy roads. I would probably try and fit a car tire onto the Hornet's rear wheel for Alaska trip. |
