Finally received and installed the GPR Deeptone exhaust. I had asked them if they would throw in a DB killer and they came through with the end silencer installed. The unit is tig welded, stainless steel and fits like a glove. ddemlong weighed it at 6 lbs, same weight I got. Been so busy with work that I haven't had a chance to wring it out yet. All the welds, spring holders, canister hardware are hand crafted, so nice to own something other than Two Brothers here in America. So ddemlong, thanks for turning us on to this Italian company.

I fired it up last night with the baffle in, sounds awesome and not to loud. Think it's gonna work out pretty well. I'll ride through the canyons on Sunday, my regular Sunday morning ride up to Alice's Restaurant here in the Bay Area.

Seemed like up to a few months ago the only pipes on ebay for my '04 was Two Brothers and they are way to expensive. In the last few months I've seen a pipe war on ebay for my bike. All of a sudden I had a choice of affordable pipes but fell for the compact size and weight of this GPR. First time I'd seen the GPR Deeptone was here on this thread and happen to have the money, which is rare.

Glad to hear you are liking it. I still am riding without the baffle and I am still sane. I guess if you ride daily you might want them if you are in traffic for long periods but I still enjoy how mean it sounds.

I'm happy to say that the new GPR Deeptone exhaust sounds and performs awesome!! It seems to smooth the engine performance out and feels like I'm using slightly less throttle to get the jobs done. With the DB killer in, the bike isn't loud at all so maybe I'll experiment without it. Checked the mileage at fill up, normally I get 50 but now I'm getting 45 Mpg.

Here's two photos shot on my Canon 5D, 75-300 lens on a tripod. Just having fun after a great canyon ride. Done everything I've wanted to do on this bike, just need time to ride it. Dropped about 29 lbs so it feels really agile and sure footed in the twisties, I'm happy.
