It is a bit hard to tell from the video what is going on.

Is it missing? Or does it seem choked out in the low revs?

If it has sat for a while, the carbs could be gummed up. Taking them apart and cleaning the jets may help.

I did notice you were shifting early, the bike doesn't like living in the sub-3500rpm range.

The only other thing I could suggest is that if it is missing, you might want to check that all of you spark plug cables are attached properly, and then beyond that, that the spark coils are in working order.

After watching this video - 2 things come to my mind.

1) It's normal. Is it your first 600cc bike?

2) Carb sync is off.

My '06 does the same thing at anything under about 3500 RPM's, always has.

Don't try and ride it like a v-twin. An inline 4 likes to be wound up and let howl.
"Horsepower is like dick size; there is no such thing as "too much". Granted, you may never use all that you've got, but it sure feels good knowing that you've got it in your pocket, available to whip it out and use it anytime you want to. Or need to, even if just to win a bet ..."
