Default engine malfunction ? carbs?

not sure if im in the right section, but....

Can anyone tell me whats going on with my engine ?
Cant ride slowly, when i speed up its ok , but cant ride in peace the same speed .
in 1st gear and in 2nd it can be heared better, so here is a video

It is a bit hard to tell from the video what is going on.

Is it missing? Or does it seem choked out in the low revs?

If it has sat for a while, the carbs could be gummed up. Taking them apart and cleaning the jets may help.

I did notice you were shifting early, the bike doesn't like living in the sub-3500rpm range.

The only other thing I could suggest is that if it is missing, you might want to check that all of you spark plug cables are attached properly, and then beyond that, that the spark coils are in working order.

After watching this video - 2 things come to my mind.

1) It's normal. Is it your first 600cc bike?

2) Carb sync is off.

My '06 does the same thing at anything under about 3500 RPM's, always has.

Don't try and ride it like a v-twin. An inline 4 likes to be wound up and let howl.
